Why Squat?

* The Squat is a core movement in the fitness and Strength & conditioning field. It is Neuromuscularly and Biomechanically very similar to a lot of athletic and everyday movements.

*Bang for your buck* with over 200 muscles working whilst squatting it is an excellent movement for complete body strength. Lighter squat variations can also be used in circuits as they have an excellent metabolic effect.

*Excellent for lower body injury rehab or prehab, the squat strengthens and stimulates the connective tissues of the lower body.

*Excellent for strengthening the core, loaded squat variations work the trunk isometrically adding stability to the core.
