Education Academically I have completed a BSc in Health, exercise and ph...

Image
In response to the current world lockdown I decided to put out a free beginner/ intermediate program to be used in a home location with minimal equipment.  Each exercise has a video hyperlinked to the title. If you are lucky enough to have some equipment or would like a more personal touch with your programming dont hesitate to get in touch!  https://docs.google.com/document/d/13zdVZ-i7CmSMdnDsxo-9gKtKgqorAAtWu6OQK2S9xQw/edit
